Service: We provide a TradingView-based technical indicator ("PannuLabs Indicator") that delivers trend detection, multi-timeframe alignment, and trading signals (Long, Short, Long Close, Short Close) with Stop Loss and Limit Price suggestions.

These Terms govern your use of the website www.pannulabs.com, the indicator, and any related services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of forming a binding contract. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Our Services and Access

The PannuLabs Indicator is provided as a one-time purchase for lifetime access (subject to these Terms and TradingView’s policies).

Access is granted to your TradingView account after successful payment and verification (usually via contact on Telegram @PannuLabs).

The indicator works on Crypto and Stock charts available on TradingView. It is optimized primarily for crypto but functions on supported assets.

We do not guarantee continuous availability, as the service depends on TradingView’s platform.

4. Payment and Pricing

All prices are listed on the website (currently ₹10,000 one-time).

Payments are processed through third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay). We do not store full payment card details.

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the product (instant or quick delivery of access), we do not offer refunds except in cases required by applicable law or at our sole discretion.

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or charges applicable in your jurisdiction.

5. License and Usage Rights

Upon successful purchase and access grant, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the PannuLabs Indicator on your own TradingView account for personal trading purposes only.

You may not: Share, sell, distribute, or transfer the indicator or access to any third party. Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works. Use the indicator for commercial purposes, signal services, or on behalf of others. Remove any copyright or proprietary notices.

Any violation will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.

6. No Financial Advice / Risk Disclosure

The PannuLabs Indicator provides technical signals only and does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice.

Trading in crypto, stocks, or any financial markets involves significant risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, risk management, and any losses incurred.

We are not liable for any trading losses, financial harm, or decisions made based on our signals.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, the indicator code, signals logic, branding, and materials are owned by Pannu Labs or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. User Conduct

Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code.

Engage in any form of scraping, automated access, or interference with the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or if we reasonably suspect misuse. Lifetime access is conditional on compliance with these Terms.

THE SERVICE AND INDICATOR ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, PROFITABILITY, OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION OF THE INDICATOR.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pannu Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, trading losses, or data, even if advised of the possibility.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the indicator.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Pannu Labs, its owners, and affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service, breach of these Terms, or violation of any law.
